Yabukita Single-Origin Bō Hoji

Stems of 'Yabukita' from Kakegawa in Shizuoka, roasted with far-infrared heat and sold as a single cultivar rather than a blend; 4 g to 120 ml of water at 90–100°C for 30 seconds, with shortcake or baked sweet potato suggested alongside.
